The hotel is just few minutes from the train station, very close to the convention center and Fortezza and quite close to the very important places to know in Florence.
The staff don't speak english.

Family hotel, the boss is a old man, very quiet, but very cute. Breakfast is very rich, room facilities, very clean, the most critical is the train station and attractions are very close, very convenient.
Our room was not very good network signal(wifi)

The personal - not speaking english at all, rough, dones not help with anything. When we came he was eating something on the reception 10 minutes , while making our docs. Speaking on himself something in Italian and nobody can understant .The internet is not working, at all. The credit card machine is not working, We had to pay in cash. The breakfast is so small that we had to buy something to eat from outside. We were lock in the hotel and almost missed our train 7:00 in the morning, we had to wake up most of the client, somebody to unlock the door. Very bad hotel , not value for the money, even not close!

We had Room 5, which is located at the end of the hall. It was very quiet and a spacious room. The airconditioning worked well and there was a mini refrigerator in the room as well as a small tv which received cnn. Wireless internet is available and free. We were surprised at the plush towels provided in the bathroom. Bfast was complimentary and began at 8am. We did not partake as we had to leave at 7:30am. The hotel was an easy 5 minute walk from the Train Station and an easy walk to numerous restaurants and the center of town. We would recommend this hotel to others.

I think it is run by the family and they are really very helpful. For the first nite, the air-con did not well and the lady tried very hard to help me to settle this although she really doesn't speak english. At the second nite after I back to hotel, she just came and showed us that the air-con work again. I really appreciated her enthusiasm in helping me.
The bed mattress was very soft and can support my back very well.

If you facing the railway station, the hotel is located on the right of the station, just the other side of the street of Mcdonald. Only 5 mins walk to the hotel.
